For this project our challenge was to develop a training program and training of trainers (TOT) for co-operatives in Rwanda. Materials were required to be simple, easily edited and inexpensive to print.
The Solution
We developed a template which allowed us to create consistent lesson plans that are easily navigable by trainers, and simple to follow for participants. In addition we developed a set of Business Planning cards which serve as props to help co-operative members to focus on important planning issues of common interest.
